Manufacturing Associate
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing and inspecting various mechanical, electrical and opto-mechanical products in accordance with established quality standards.
* This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assembling, modifying, testing and inspecting assemblies and finished products;
* Utilizing MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to complete daily production tasks and meet production targets;
* Referring to technical documentation from ARAS (Technical Database) to ensure accuracy and completeness;
* Completing relevant documentation to ensure traceability and accountability;
* Maintaining a high level of quality and adhering to all relevant safety protocols.
Requirements include:
* Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment;
* Strong understanding of quality control procedures;
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
