We're looking for a motivated and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced teacher or newly graduated, you'll be supported by a leadership team that values your ideas, growth, and wellbeing.
About the Role
As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, play-based educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
* Build strong relationships with families, children, and colleagues to support holistic learning outcomes
* Inspire and mentor educators in delivering high-quality practice
* Create inclusive, nurturing environments where every child feels seen and valued
* Maintain accurate documentation and observations to support each child's progress
What You'll Need
* Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* NESA Teacher Accreditation (or eligibility to obtain it) – NSW requirement
* Working with Children Check (Employee) – NSW requirement
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
* Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training
* A passion for inspiring young learners and supporting a collaborative team culture
