The Opportunity: Educational Leader
* Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
* Location: Springwood
* Hours: Up to 38 hours with flexibility
* Compensation: Up to $39 per hour + Super + 15% wage retention

Qualifications & Experience
* A Diploma of Early Childhood Education.
* Previous experience as a room leader / Assistant Director.
* Use coaching techniques to develop reflective practices.
* Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning.
* Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace.
* Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
* A current Qld Blue Card.
* Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.
