With ambitious growth plans in place, we are now supporting the recruitment of a Sales Director to transform and expand the company's Australian offering, unlocking new market opportunities and building a high-performing commercial function.
This is a transformational leadership opportunity. The incoming Sales Director will be a strategic, self-driven leader with exceptional communication skills and a passion for building new business—both through personal initiative and by inspiring others.
As a true player-coach, you will lead by example in the early stages, while building a new team, defining roles and responsibilities, establishing a clear commercial strategy, and hiring and mentoring top talent. You'll implement effective sales tools, set clear goals and metrics, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Your mission: unlock the long-term potential of the Australian market by identifying priority segments, crafting tailored sub-strategies, and building a specialised, high-performing commercial team. Reporting to the Country Lead, you'll operate with autonomy and entrepreneurial insight, helping shape the company's future in the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop segment-specific strategies aligned with the Group's global vision. Set measurable targets and define the roadmap to achieve them.
Sales Leadership & Team Building: Lead and mentor the Australian commercial team (starting hands-on, evolving into a leadership role).
