As a key member of our organization, you will oversee the payroll function from start to finish. This includes managing direct reports and providing training and guidance to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including all aspects of payroll management such as preparing balance sheet reconciliations and processing improvements.
2. Respond to and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
4. Maintain and improve systems used for payroll processing.
