We're seeking a dedicated Sales & Warranty Coordinator to join our team.
This role combines customer service, retail sales, and warranty coordination.
Key responsibilities include assisting customers with their pool and spa needs, processing sales transactions, scheduling service clients, conducting in-store water testing, maintaining stock levels, managing warranty claims, and supporting store operations through administrative tasks and inventory management.
Requirements include ability to work Sunday shifts, previous experience in customer service, scheduling, warranty, or sales, strong organisational and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and confident use of point-of-sale, inventory, and scheduling software.
