Looking for flexibility, variety and the chance to make a real difference.
GMHBA is seeking a Part-Time Admin Support Officer to support our Health Programs team and member engagement functions.
In this role you'll be the go-to person keeping everything running smoothly from processing invoices and payments to coordinating client satisfaction surveys and ensuring our records are accurate and up to date.
What you'll do
Keep things organised with accounts payable / receivable and invoicing
Support health programs by coordinating surveys and managing feedback
Provide day-to-day admin support including filing, data entry and document prep
Be part of a team that values collaboration, care and continuous improvement
Skills and Experiences
What you'll bring:
Strong admin experience (5 years) with proficiency in MS Office
An eye for detail and the ability to work independently
A positive proactive approach and great communication skills
