The Recruiting Manager stands apart by excelling at talent engagement, communication and delivery of staffing/workforce solutions. Our Recruiting Managers develop deep partnerships with internal and external HR partners. * Establish strong partnerships by listening, having empathy and delivering on commitments
* Win trust and build credibility to advise, support and drive value at all levels including executive leadership
* Establish regular communication and transparency on recruiting progress, key challenges and wins to executive leadership
* Design and deploy innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract exceptional talent across a wide spectrum of position types
Qualifications
* Minimum BS/BA in business or a related field or equivalent evidence of exceptional accomplishment in recruiting, MBA preferred
* Five plus (5+) years of experience in the recruiting, with at least 2 years experience managing a team of recruiters.
* A genuine passion for Hunter's mission – to connect clients with the best and brightest talent in their industry.
* Track record of achievement in rapid-growth, mission-driven and extremely demanding hiring environments where excellence is the passing grade
* Evidence of driving innovation in promoting the optimal performance of highly motivated / skilled recruiting teams
* Demonstrated ability and achievement in leading effective recruiting teams and developing and inspiring exceptional recruiters and recruiting leaders
* A combination of experience recruiting for both high-volume and technical positions is preferred
