We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Associate to join our team. As a Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of customer orders, building strong relationships with customers, and handling credit returns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders
* Build strong relationships with customers
* Ensure rapid follow-up and action on customer requests
* Effective handling of credit returns from customers
* Check off all delivered stock at customer premises
