Job Description
We are seeking a senior professional to join our team as a Digital Transformation Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with our delivery director and clients on high-impact digital transformation projects.
* You will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of digital and transformation projects under the direction of our delivery director.
* Create compelling presentations, reports, and workshop materials suited for executive-level presentation.
* Bring project management discipline and digital nous to fast-moving initiatives, including reporting, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
* Support bid and proposal development, and other pre-sales activities like opportunity tracking and coordination.
* Directly support the delivery director across pre-sales and delivery management activities across teams.
* Support leadership while mentoring junior consultants and helping to shape a strong, collaborative team culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role, you will require:
* 3-6 years' experience in management consulting or project delivery.
* Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and written communication skills - strong ability to synthesise and play back ideas.
* Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills — able to craft a clear and compelling story.
* Awareness of IT architecture concepts (be able to work with solution architects and understand their language) and project management approaches (Agile/traditional).
* Experience in bid and proposal writing and/or management a bonus.
* Knowledge of Australian government procurement processes a bonus.
* Ability to thrive in complex, client-facing environments.
