Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for the entire content journey, from concept development and content planning through to filming, editing, publishing, community engagement, and performance analysis.
* Create engaging short-form video and visual content
* Own and manage social media content calendars
* Develop creative campaigns aligned with brand and business goals
* Engage with online communities and build audience advocacy
* Analyse performance data and optimise content strategy
* Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and emerging social conversations
Qualifications
* 2–3 years' experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
* Strong video editing and content production skills
* Experience using tools such as CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
* Exceptional copywriting and storytelling ability
* A robust understanding of social media trends and platform nuances
* A balance of creative thinking and data-driven decision making
