Operations Coordinator

. This is a remote/work-from-home role; however a Victoria location is suitable as there may be occasional travel to sites.
Responsibilities
Assisting with workforce management, leave approvals, and compliance.
Supporting payroll processes to ensure accurate rostered hours and resolving queries.
Optimising rosters and filling vacancies in collaboration with workforce teams.
Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Managing workforce data and providing reports to Operations and Regional Managers.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications / What you'll need
Strong organisational, time management, and data management skills.
Experience in handling complex administrative functions and 24/7 rostering in a fast paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines with high-quality output.
Proficiency in MS Office and technologies like Power BI.
Experience in a clinical or defence environment (highly regarded but not required).
Australian Citizenship due to security clearance requirements.
