Job Responsibilities
* Collaborate with technical, client, and markets teams to develop winning bid strategies and proposals.
* Drive proposal development, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
* Lead and facilitate bid workshops, reviews, and manage bid action plans.
* Highlight the organization's strengths and challenge bid teams to develop compelling proposals.
* Work across the entire project lifecycle from opportunity through to proposal and post-submission activities.
Requirements
* 8-12 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within professional services or construction industries.
* Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
* A proactive, organized approach, with exceptional people and relationship skills to influence and negotiate.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Adobe Creative Suite desirable.
We're open to discussing full-time or part-time options, with flexible work arrangements available. Location can be Sydney, Newcastle, Canberra, or any of our NSW regional offices.
