The Role
We're looking for an IT Support Technician (L1 / Junior) to join our friendly and collaborative team.
This role is suited to someone who brings the right attitude first — curiosity, reliability, and a genuine desire to help people — whether you're early in your IT career, stepping up as a solid Level 1, or a capable Level 2 looking for the right environment to grow.
At 3C, you'll gain hands-on experience across real business environments, work alongside experienced engineers, and continue building your technical and professional skills in a supportive setting where learning is encouraged.
Your Day-to-Day
* Be the first point of contact for technical support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
* Log, track, and manage support requests to ensure timely resolutions and clear communication with end-users.
* Configure and troubleshoot IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
* Assist with onboarding/offboarding, including user account setup, email configuration, and device preparation.
* Collaborate with senior technicians and escalate complex issues when necessary.
* Contribute to team projects, including system upgrades, deployments, and process improvements.

Prior helpdesk, IT support, or technical experience is helpful but not essential.
