About the Role:
We're looking for a caring and efficient Customer Support Assistant (Receptionist) to be the welcoming face and supportive backbone of our team at Chelsea Manor Care Community.

Location: Chelsea Manor Care Community
Employment Type: Weekend Permanent Part Time - Saturday and Sunday
Remuneration: Attractive hourly rate (DOE) + 12% superannuation

What You'll Do:
Be the warm and welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors.
Provide essential administrative support to ensure our care community runs smoothly.
Assist with guiding prospective residents and families on tours of our beautiful community.
Manage rostering, payroll tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Work as a key part of a supportive team to deliver exceptional customer service.

What You'll Need:
Experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role (aged care or healthcare experience is a plus, but not essential)
A friendly, professional manner with exceptional organisation and communication skills
A genuine desire to help people and make a difference in your community
The ability to be proactive, work as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks
Willingness to complete:

Pre-employment medical

NDIS Worker Screening Check
