Role Overview
Seeking a professional, collaborative, and self-motivated individual with experience in small office environments and the ability to be flexible and proactive.
Key Duties
 * Greet and welcome visitors
 * Answer/manage incoming calls and emails
 * General admin: filing, photocopying, data entry
 * Maintain reception area and office cleanliness
 * Database updates and data entry
 * Customer and team communication
 * Order stationery and kitchen supplies
 * Social media contributions (LinkedIn)
 * Support various departments with admin tasks
 * Booking of courier service requirements
What we are looking for
 1. Minimum 2+ years of receptionist/admin experience
 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 3. High attention to detail, organised, and good at multitasking
 4. Confident with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
 5. Professional, friendly phone manner
 6. Positive and customer-focused attitude
