About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide daily support to individuals in Supported Independent Living (SIL) arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain personal care and cleanliness of the house
* Plan and attend activities or appointments
* Assist with skill development for independent living, recreation, learning, and community access
* Use daily routines to provide hands-on training of life skills such as cooking, personal care, and budgeting
* Support and manage individuals behaviours utilising Positive Behaviour Support Plans
