The key duties of the position include: 
What you will do as the Talent Acquisition Officer
- Ensure quality and client service-oriented support is provided to all stakeholders.
- Use your judgement to monitor and respond to recruitment queries.
- Support panels to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes ensuring they’re aligned with best practices as well as timely and cost-effective.
- Monitor and manage the shared recruitment inbox and group phone line, including:managing and resolving routine and moderately complex queries
- use problem-solving skills to find answers and resolve queries.
- Utilise LinkedIn and other platforms to conduct candidate searches for identified roles.
- Contribute to change and improvement in recruitment services including system enhancements, documenting knowledge and drafting best practice talent acquisition materials.
About you
In order to succeed in the role, you will have:
- the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
- an interest and ability to learn current tasks and embrace change
- demonstrated experience providing exceptional client service, preferably in a human resources environment
- the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- relevant work experience in a human resources field.
