Role Description
The Sales & Marketing Executive is a key commercial support role within the AWS 360 team.
Working closely with the Director of Business Development & Supply Chain, this position is responsible for managing inbound commercial activity, supporting new business development, coordinating marketing and brand communications, and leading the organisation's participation in trade shows and industry events.
This is a hybrid role that blends sales support, marketing coordination, event management, and business administration. It is well-suited to a motivated, organised professional with an interest in the health supplement and wellness industry, and a desire to grow within a dynamic and internationally active business.
The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, confident in managing multiple priorities, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team. Mandarin language skills are highly desirable given our APAC commercial focus.
Qualifications
* Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred
* Experience in sales support, marketing coordination, event management, or customer-facing roles
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and confident in client-facing interactions
* Experience coordinating or supporting trade shows, exhibitions, or corporate events
* Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft 365 suite, and digital communication tools
* Comfortable with digital marketing, social media platforms (LinkedIn), and basic design coordination
* High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
* Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a small team
* Experience or genuine interest in the health supplement, nutraceutical, FMCG, or wellness industry
* Mandarin language skills are highly desirable given the company's significant APAC commercial focus
