Guest & Client Services
* Welcome and engage clients with professionalism and warmth
* Issue and manage visitor and employee security passes
* Check clients and visitors in and out efficiently
* Respond to email requests promptly and professionally
* Work closely with the greater team to ensure smooth daily operations
Security & Access Control
* Operate the building's security and access control system
* Manage access levels for employees, visitors and contractors
* Maintain accurate visitor logs and security documentation
Front‐of‐House Standards
* Maintain a premium, polished and welcoming reception area
* Uphold five‐star presentation and service standards
Uniform & Presentation
* Neat, corporate attire required
* Impeccable grooming essential for this high‐end environment
What We're Looking For
* Exceptional spoken and written English
* Experience in a Receptionist or Concierge role (corporate or hotel preferred)
