About the Job
As a Guest Relations Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide friendly, personalised customer service throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining guest accounts
* Taking reservations and assisting with guest enquiries
* Having a thorough knowledge of all Hotel facilities
* Processing of financial transactions
* Handling reservation enquiries and bookings
* Check in and out of Guests
This position requires availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods.
A Traineeship opportunity is available to gain a Cert III in Hospitality, a nationally recognised qualification.
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and the proven ability to work unsupervised if required. You must have a strong work ethic and be reliable.
Previous experience in customer service oriented positions is highly desirable but not essential.
