Key Responsibilities
* Deliver informed guidance on NSW planning systems and processes
* Effectively manage duty planner services, pre-lodgement advice, and formal planning enquiries
* Maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
* Promote efficient planning practices through training and coaching
* Provide timely and accurate zoning certificates
* Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and internal referrals

* A degree in Town Planning or a related field
* In-depth knowledge of NSW planning regulations and procedures
