Offer description

Ready to make a real-world impact in the heart of Wagga Wagga? Join National 360 as a graduate Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist in 2027 and gain the clinical mentorship and structured support you need to thrive in your new role.

WHAT IS 360 GO?

National 360's award‐winning 360 GO Graduate Program is your 12‐month bridge from university to a deeply rewarding clinical career. Designed to provide more than just a job, 360 GO offers a structured, supportive environment where you are empowered to grow into the clinician you aspire to be.

Recognised by the Allied Health Awards for our excellence in professional development, 360 GO is built around our signature Graduate Passport. This tool guides your journey through four key phases, ensuring you receive consistent support, clinical mentorship, and the freedom to build your practice your way.

* Simulated Practice: Through interactive learning modules, case studies and de‐identified scenarios, you'll develop your clinical reasoning and decision‐making skills in a safe and supported environment.
* Experiential Discovery: Connect theory to real‐world practice. Through observation, MDT collaboration and supported client work, you'll gain practical experience and learn how evidence‐based practice is applied every day in clinical settings.
* Theoretical Learning: Deepen your clinical expertise through graduate‐specific workshops, mentoring from subject matter experts and access to National 360's extensive online learning library.
* Individualised Development: Following your initial transition into practice, you'll work with your Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader to tailor the remainder of your Graduate Program to your strengths, interests and professional goals, whether that's developing expertise in a clinical area or exposure to as many areas of practice as possible.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this rewarding role, you'll lead the delivery of high‐quality, community‐based care with support and oversight from your Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader. A typical day at National 360 may involve:

* Completing observational sessions and joint appointments with your Clinical Supervisor.
* Supporting clients in the community, in their home, or via telehealth.
* Meeting with your Clinical Supervisor for 1:1 or group supervision.
* Preparing for appointments, writing reports, and completing case notes.
* Connecting with colleagues, attending team meetings or checking in with your Team Leader.
* Completing the Graduate Curriculum on our online Learning Management System (LMS).
* Connecting with your Graduate Buddy over coffee to hear about their journey, ask questions and share your own experiences as you transition into practice.
* Attending mentoring sessions with subject matter experts in areas you're interested in.
* Collaborating with a national multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood Practitioners and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, all dedicated to making a real impact.

For more information or to request the Graduate Brochure, contact Annie Roberts – General Manager of People & Culture via email at annie.roberts@national360.com.au
