About The Role
Making Lives Better and Happier Ageing are central to our mission — enabling our ageing and disabled community members to live fulfilling lives at home for as long as possible, doing what they love.
We provide around-the-clock care, with visits scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet client needs.
Job Responsibilities
Provide a genuine, compassionate, and personalized care experience to clients.
Assist with activities of daily living including personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transport, and companionship.
Deliver care according to the client's care plan developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse).
Ensure safety needs are met and equipment is used properly.
Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.

Skills & Experience
Passion for making a difference.
Self-led with responsibility for personal behavior and success.
Coachable attitude.
Previous caregiving experience is advantageous.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to report client care concerns to Care Designers.
Reliable transportation to client homes; owning a vehicle is an asset.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community Support, Individual Support, Disability, or extensive industry experience.
National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector).
Working With Children Check.
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion.
NDIS Clearance.
