Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
About The Role
This is a 12-month opportunity for a skilled administrator to provide support to our Social Policy and Inclusion Team. You will be responsible for providing confidential, efficient administrative assistance including data entry and research support.
You Will Have:
* A tertiary qualification in office administration or relevant experience.
* Strong administration and computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Experience in supporting community members and groups to feel comfortable and actively participate.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of people.
* A proven track record of providing high-quality and accurate administrative assistance.
* The ability to work within an environment that values continuous improvement.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
