Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and support our busy warehouse operations.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of warehouse operations and be a leader who leads by example and will drive engagement with your people through our values. This full-time role will see you working Monday to Thursday 7:30am -4:00pm and Friday 7.30am - 2pm.
In this hands-on role, you will:
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring safety and smooth flow of goods
- Supervise and motivate a team of 4-5 staff, including pickers and dispatch personnel
- Manage inventory, conduct daily stock counts, and handle incoming and outgoing goods
- Foster a secure, positive, and productive work environment
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in warehousing (essential)
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Safety-focused mindset
- Forklift license highly desirable (but not essential)
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure
