Human Resource Business Partner
The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our team's success. This position includes advising on recruitment, compliance, policy implementation, performance and conduct, payroll, and employee data.
Responsibilities:
* General HR support, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, staff lifecycle management
* Performance and conduct management, including disciplinary processes and probation
* Payroll integrity, HR systems, and employee data management
* Leading and participating in HR projects aligned with strategic plans
* Liaising with external agencies, vendors, and partners
Qualifications:
* Degree qualified with specialties in HR
* Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience in a medium-sized organisation
* Experience in educational or children's services is beneficial
