To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Certificate IV in Disability (desired but not essential)
* Previous experience in Disability Support and knowledge of the sector
* Providing quality care and support that empowers people with disabilities to live their chosen lifestyle
* Passion for person-centred care
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Current Victorian Driver's License
* NDIS Check, WWC, and Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate are essential
