Key Responsibilities
* Engage and supervise children at all times to ensure their physical and emotional needs are met.
* Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and staff.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
* Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
