The Opportunity
This part-time position involves working closely with the sales team, reporting directly to the sales manager, and interacting with key clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of advertising campaigns and relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and manage advertising bookings efficiently.
* Assist in preparing comprehensive advertising proposals.
* Maintain accurate records of clients and revenue.
* Develop and strengthen key client and business relationships.
* Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Requirements:
* A solid understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
* Strong data entry skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* An aptitude for analysing numbers and identifying insights.
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication abilities.
* A positive work ethic and strong team focus.
* A genuine desire to progress into a sales role within the organisation.
