Well, the oil companies we represent are some of the world's largest- you may have seen them around….LIKE EVERYWHERE ????
These are brands like Caltex Fuel, Shell Fuel, etc etc etc.
So what will you be doing you ask??
Well these oil companies like to offer business customers amazing discounts off their fuel purchases in exchange for their loyalty.
Your job (should you accept it), will be to pitch to business customers to use our client's fuel card. (Fuel card is a convenient tool offered by fuel companies only to business customers to help manage their fuel expenses, and is like a credit card, but mainly used for fuel and oil purchases).
Should these businesses sign up to our client's fuel card, these businesses will receive a guaranteed discount off their fuel purchases, and will save thousands of dollars on average every year off their bills. (It's a no brainer )
IT'S LITERALLY THE EASIEST SALES GIG EVER
Ok we lied- IT WON'T BE EASY.
It's not hard, but it's definitely not for the faint hearted. You will be making lots of calls every day Monday - Friday. We will provide you with the best data out there in the market, which is already filtered for you to help you get the best results- BUT…you will also be faced with a LOT of rejections every single day So be prepared, if you can't handle rejections well, or you feel like you're one of those individuals who take rejections personally, then maybe this isn't the right job for. Sales people are fierce warriors, they know that every NO, gets them closer to the YES And when you do get that YES- you will be compensated—— REALLY REALLY WELL To be a part of this team, you need to look at the positives, and when faced with rejections, instead of complaining about it- LEARN FROM IT (trust me- life's a lot better when you look at the glass half full)
This isn't an industry that's heavily saturated with sales reps (like solar or other government rebates etc). This is a virgin market (PLG has exclusive contracts in place with most of these fuel brands) THIS MEANS- NO ONE ELSE IS DOING WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (So make hay while the sun shines- Literally).
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with or without sales experience to join our contact centre in the heart of the city. Your average take home pay packet including comms should easily cross $80,000 pa as an agent.
We are also on the hunt for TEAM LEADERS, STATE MANAGERS, and OPS MANAGERS. So if you have worked in telesales, and would like to explore management opportunities, reach out to us. Preference and GREAT joining bonuses will also be given to those who already have a ready team under them. Your average pay packets including comms in leadership starts at $150,000 pa.
