About the Role
As our Admin Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering phones, managing emails, and greeting clients
* Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Assisting with invoicing, filing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
* Providing general support to management and the wider team

What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in administration, reception, or customer service (preferred)
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Strong attention to detail and time-management abilities
* Confident using Microsoft Office / Google Suite and quick to learn new software
* A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
