About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across territory within NSW. This role is pivotal in driving growth, managing key accounts, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for executing strategic sales plans, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage regional sales activities to achieve revenue targets within your territory.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
* Provide coaching and support to customer service and support teams.
* Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
About You:
* Proven experience in driving sales, preferably in fire, safety, or industrial sectors.
* Experience in managing government clients and contracts.
* Experience in capital sales.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Ability to bring a culturally positive impact to our business.
* Ability to lead, motivate, and work as a cohesive member of a team.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
* Tertiary qualifications in business, sales, or a related field are desirable.
