Job Description
As a key member of our financial control team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end Bookkeeping functions for iMotor. This includes managing the payment of invoices, reconciling bank statements, lodging tax returns, and maintaining Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Collaboration and effective communication are crucial in this role, as you will work closely with the iMotor and broader carsales Finance team to ensure seamless financial operations.
You will also assist with ad-hoc account duties as required for both iMotor and the wider finance function. Additionally, you will play a key role in establishing and improving internal controls and transaction processing functions across the broader finance function.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Experience managing the end-to-end Bookkeeping process and related activities.
* Demonstrated experience working with Xero is an advantage but not essential.
