Our client is a leading Civils/Mining company who are looking to appoint a Workshop Administrator with the main responsible of handling all branch administrative tasks and developing/maintaining strong customer relationships. This is a Geraldton based, Monday- Friday position offering flexibility with working hours when required.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage all administration generated from workshop job orders and customer enquiries.
* Answering client and customer phone calls
* Control and monitor the receipt and dispatch of products and jobs to ensure on time product delivery.
* Maintain plant/equipment files and ensure client folders are up do dated.
* Scanning, filing, and faxing
* Ordering of consumables
* General and ad-hoc administrative duties
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
* Experience in an administrative/customer focussed position, ideally within the Civil/Construction/Mining industry.
* Have good PC skills and experience with Ms Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Display excellent communication and organisational skills
* Be able to work to deadlines
