HR and Admin Coordinator
Ever thought HR could involve vineyards, farms, hospitality venues, great people, wagging tails and plenty of laughs? This one does
In addition to providing experienced and efficient vineyard management and machinery services to the Southwest of WA, TeamsWork is a labour provider working across viticulture, horticulture and hospitality, partnering with growers, producers and venues to supply great workers where they're needed most.
A big part of what we do involves supporting workers through the PALM scheme (Pacific Australia Labour Mobility) – and doing it properly, with care, respect and a genuine human touch.
We're looking for an HR and Admin (PALM) Coordinator who loves people, enjoys variety and doesn't mind a bit of admin alongside meaningful work.
What you'll be doing
This is a broad, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be:
* Supporting the PALM Scheme, including coordination, compliance admin, worker inductions and providing support to the Seasonal Worker Welfare team as needed.
* Assisting with general HR activities across a diverse workforce.
* Helping with onboarding, documentation and record keeping.
* Being a friendly, trusted point of contact for workers and internal stakeholders.
* Pitching in on people projects, problem solving and day-to-day admin that keeps everything running smoothly.
The role is part HR, part coordination, part "how can I help?" – and a whole lot of working with great people.
This role might be perfect for you if you:
* Have experience in HR, people and culture, workforce coordination and / or admin.
* Are organised, practical and not fazed by paperwork or compliance requirements.
* Have excellent attention to detail.
* Enjoy working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
* Like a workplace that values common sense over red tape.
* Are flexible, adaptable and happy to roll up your sleeves.
* Want a role that feels human, not corporate.
Experience with the PALM Scheme or labour hire is great, but not essential – we'll teach you what you need to know.
Why you'll love working here
* Very non-traditional HR role – no stuffy policies for the sake of it.
* Extremely dog friendly workplace (seriously, our dogs are part of the team).
* Family friendly and genuinely flexible.
* Laid back down-to-earth people who support each other.
* A workplace where kindness, humour and trust actually matter.
