Your role has purpose, your voice matters, and your future is full of possibility. The purpose of this job is to provide a high-quality front-office experience within the dental practice, overseeing patient appointments, billing, payments, and records, while supporting clinical care delivery, promoting patient education in dental health, and contributing to the smooth and professional operation of the practice.
Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding patient experiences by supporting chairside clinical care, assisting with treatments, x-rays, and maintaining immaculate treatment rooms in line with infection control standards.
* Be the friendly face and organized mind of the practice, managing patient enquiries, appointments, recalls, payments, invoicing, and maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
* Keep the practice running smoothly by coordinating laboratory work, monitoring and ordering supplies, and ensuring schedules, systems, and workflows operate efficiently.
* Uphold excellence, safety, and integrity by working in line with practice protocols, regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, data security obligations, and by modeling Bupa's values.
Qualifications
* Experience or ability to deliver chairside support and patient-facing front-office duties within a dental setting.
* Strong organizational skills, accuracy with patient records and documentation, and ability to manage appointments, recalls, and payments.
* Ability to coordinate lab work, manage supplies, and maintain efficient office workflows.
* Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, data security, and professional conduct in line with practice protocols and company values.
