About the role
We're looking for skilled operators who can handle a range of machinery on large-scale civil and bulk earthwork sites. You'll be working across Melbourne alongside experienced crews on well-run projects.
Responsibilities
* Safe and efficient operation of machinery (excavators, loaders, scrapers, moxys/dump trucks, dozers, rollers)
* Loading trucks, stockpiling materials, and handling rock crushing
* General earthworks and drainage tasks
* Routine cleaning and maintenance of machines
* Working closely with supervisors to meet daily production targets
What we're looking for
* Minimum 5 years' experience operating civil, quarry, or bulk earthworks machinery
* RII tickets and White Card
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport
* Ability to work 5–6 days per week, including overtime when required
* Strong recent references
