This opportunity involves scheduling Northline's PUD fleet and maintaining high service standards for our customers.
As the successful candidate, you'll be responsible for:
* Scheduling daily deliveries for 8-10 trucks, ensuring efficient and timely service
* Arranging deliveries outside normal schedules
* Ensuring drivers comply with relevant regulations
* Preparing and administering pick-up paperwork
To succeed, you'll need:
* Experience in Transport & Logistics or a similar field
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Excellent planning and time management skills
* A customer-centric approach to problem-solving
* Resilience, adaptability, and multitasking abilities
* Knowledge of Load Restraint Guidelines, Dangerous Goods, and Fatigue Management
