In-line with its mission, Ronald McDonald House Charities Victoria & Tasmania (RMHC VIC & TAS) has dedicated more than 37 years to keeping families closer to their child with a serious illness who require treatment and support across Victoria and Tasmania.What we're looking for:We are seeking a Partnerships & Community Account Managerto acquire, retain and engage corporate and community supporters of RMHC Vic & Tas. This role is key to our strategic plan for sustainable growth and long-term community engagementWhat you'll be doing:New business development:Identify, approach and secure new, values aligned corporate partners and sponsors delivering untied funding for RMHC Vic & Tas.Supporter and partnership retention:Maintain regular and considered contact with corporate and community stakeholders to demonstrate impact and cultivate deeper relationships with our supporters.Engagement:Support the delivery of Group Volunteering opportunities withcommunity and corporate groupsEvent development and support:Deliver best practice fundraising event management and support to third party fundraisers and corporate events.Cross-team collaboration:Work closely with events, philanthropy, marketing, and program teams to ensure cohesive corporate and community supporter communication and engagement.Who are you?A relationship-focused sales professional who is passionate about providing support to families at their greatest time of need.A natural born storyteller, who understands that programs don’t just deliver numbers on a spreadsheet, they create ripples of change far beyond the families who stay in our houses.Someone who is organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment. You'll be able to speak with people from all walks of life, identify opportunities for collaboration and are accountable for your actions.
