We’re looking for a friendly, confident Client Care & Sales Consultant to support our clients behind the scenes and guide them through their Ragamuffin journey.
This role is perfect if you:
- Love dogs (and people)
- Are empathetic, confident, and enjoy helping clients make meaningful decisions
- Value flexibility and working from home
What you'll be doing:
- Run sales sessions over Zoom, helping our clients choose their favourite photographs, design their packages, and confidently closing each sale with warmth and professionalism
- Discovery phone calls with clients/leads
- Email and SMS inbox — responding promptly and warmly to client messages
- Occasionally assist at expos or dog events in Melbourne

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven sales experience (service-based or consultative)
- Based in Victoria
- Confidence using Zoom and learning new software
- Saturday availability (one Saturday off per month)
- A genuine love and interest in dogs
