We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant General Manager to take the reins at Carl's Jr. Nowra.

Your Responsibilities
You will be a "hands-on" leader, balancing business management with an active presence on the floor.
* Lead from the Front: Actively lead shifts, setting the standard for quality, speed, and service by working alongside your team.
* Business Ownership: Take accountability for the restaurant's P&L, inventory management, and labour controls.
* Team Development: Hire, train, and mentor your team to build a high-performance culture.
* Customer Connection: Ensure every guest leaves happy by maintaining high standards of food quality and hospitality.
* Operational Excellence: Maintain strict food safety, cleaning, and presentation standards.
* Local Marketing: drive local store marketing initiatives to build community connection and sales.
About You

* Detail Oriented: You take pride in running a clean, compliant, and well-organized venue.

* Experience: You have previous management experience in hospitality (Cafes, QSR, or Pubs).
Availability
This is a full-time position. You will manage your own roster to suit the business needs, including a mix of weekdays and weekends.
