About the Role
As a Senior Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in upholding clinical excellence while delivering an exceptional standard of patient care and experience. You will provide high-level chairside support across complex procedures while ensuring the highest standards of infection control and clinical efficiency.
Your ability to provide calm, compassionate care will help patients feel secure and confident at every stage of their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding chairside assistance across complex dental procedures
* Maintain and uphold best protocols and policies including infection control and sterilisation standards
* Accurately document and manage clinical records
* Support efficient appointment coordination
* Deliver consistent patient-centred and compassionate care
* Assist with sterile nurse duties when required

* High hourly rate remuneration (starting from $35/hour), for qualified dental assistant with Certificate IV in Dental Assisting. Unqualified dental assistants or qualified dental assistants with Certificate III are welcome to apply and will be offered high hourly rate based on experience and assessed on an individual basis.
