Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pakenham Upper, VIC. The Production Coordinator will oversee daily production activities, ensuring schedules and targets are met while maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality. Responsibilities include managing production planning, coordinating with teams, and optimizing workflows to meet project goals. The role also involves communicating with various stakeholders, monitoring resources, and assisting in the ongoing improvement of operational processes.
Qualifications
Strong Production Planning and Production Management skills
Proficiency in Project Management and Organization skills
Excellent Communication and collaboration abilities
Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges
Experience in the manufacturing or food production industry is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
