About the Role
A Web Developer is responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining websites and web applications. They work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance digital experiences. This role involves both front-end and/or back-end development depending on the organization's needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern web technologies.
* Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional websites.
* Integrate third‑party APIs and backend services.
* Optimize websites for performance, SEO, security, and scalability.
* Troubleshoot bugs, perform code reviews, and maintain documentation.
* Ensure application stability, reliability, and high availability.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in Web development.
Strong skills in one or more of the following:
* Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby, or Java .
* Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
* Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
* Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
