About the Role
Perform all aspects of the painting process of their range of refuse vehicles to ensure a quality outcome and the achievement of set targets.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Undertake the full painting process coating process (undercoat and final coat).
* Perform paint mixing and colour matching to enable touch ups to already painted vehicles.
* Develop a sound understanding of all aspects of the paint process including chemicals and paint additives, viscosity and the drying, baking and curing processes.
Technical Knowledge and skills
* Trade Qualification as a Painter and or previous experience in similar role within the industry.
* An eye for detail to enable you to provide a quality outcome.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to set and adhere to deadlines.
