What you'll do
* Answer and direct phone calls with a friendly, professional manner
* Manage various registers regarding employees, licenses and equipment
* Assist with financial and accounts tasks as required
* Provide general administration support to keep things running smoothly
* Be an integral member of the team and help all departments and staff with various administrative duties
About the role
As an Administration Officer, your primary responsibilities include:
* Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
* Accounts administration such as printing customer invoices, debt follow up, management of supplier invoices and assisting with staff expenses
* Compile and maintain relevant registers of employees and contractor licenses
* Develop a register of all company equipment ensuring appropriate service and maintenance protocols are followed
* Coordinate deployment of equipment to work sites
* Support with company sustainability reporting
* Support to manage and arrange project construction and installation staff with housing and personal protection equipment as required
* Assist sales staff with order management
* Answer incoming sales queries and direct to appropriate sales staff
* Assist customers who attend site
What we're looking for
* Must have excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
* Have the ability to follow systems and procedures with an eye for detail
* Working knowledge of Microsoft office and ability to learn and operate various computer systems
* Learn and operate financial computer systems
* A great "can do" attitude to be available to assist staff in all areas of the business
* Motor vehicle driver's license – Class C or equivalent.
