About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Entertainment Specialist with blue‐sky ideas – and the magic to actually pull them off. Someone who can talk big‐picture strategy and get into the nitty‐gritty. You know that comms isn't just noise; it's about starting cultural conversations. And most importantly, you live and breathe entertainment.
In this role, you will have account lead responsibilities on one of the biggest streaming services. Your days will be packed with entertainment strategy, talent wrangling, influencer vibes, media pitching, red carpets, content galore and a few late‐night premieres. You'll also work across the Havas Village – powered by a Deliberately Different philosophy, a way of working that brings together strategy, creativity, media, and content.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and develop exceptional relationships with media across all sectors of film, entertainment, TV and streaming.
* Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across film, television and streaming.
* Act as the senior client lead, building trusted, long‐term partnerships.
* Lead meetings with clients and proactively set up agendas, both internally and externally.
* Manage overall financial performance of your client portfolio.
* Support your team on various retainer accounts and projects.
* Coach and mentor junior staff to help manage their time and focus.
* Lead the development of strategies for your projects or pitches and present ideas to clients.
* Identify opportunities for organic growth across accounts.
* Attend networking events on behalf of Organic.
