About the Role:
The Care Services Coordinator plays a vital role in providing exceptional administrative support to our childcare services. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative assistance with CCS (Child Care Subsidy) including estimates, checks, and fortnightly statements
* Maintain accurate records of child care attendance and payments
* Ensure compliance with National Quality Framework policies and procedures
Skills & Qualifications:
* Diploma or Certificate IV in Children's Services or equivalent qualification
* Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or related field desirable
