As a Membership Sales Consultant, you'll be at the heart of the club, welcoming new members and guiding them through their journey. Your mission is to provide outstanding customer service while maximising new membership sales.
THE ROLE
* Be the Expert : Master the club’s layout, services, and regulations to offer informed and accurate information to prospective members.
* Hit the Targets : Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales goals and book new members into our activities.
* Drive the Process : Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to onboarding new members, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
* Stay Organised : Keep Membership / Prospects Database updated and manage all paperwork efficiently.
* Personalise Tours : Conduct tailored tours, highlighting the unique benefits and features of the club.
* Stay Competitive : Understand competitors to better promote the club's advantages.
REQUIREMENTS :
* Passion for achieving goals and understanding the sales cycle.
* Experience or interest in the Health & Fitness industry is a plus.
* Must be available to work some weekends and evenings.
* Proven success in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.
